When you scroll up and down the reviews you’ll see that every one of them shows 5 stars…mine is no exception! Our water heater started leaking and I knew it was time to replace it before the whole thing gave way and flooded the basement. Tracey was recommended to me and boy am I glad I picked The Supple Plumber to do the replacement! It was like having a personal friend do the job. He and his son came in with the new heater, went out with the old one and did an outstanding job with the installation. And all for a whole lot less money than the competition! I hope we don’t have plumbing problems in the future but if we do then Tracey ‘The Supple Plumber’ is the only one I will call.

had an after hours emergency and called Tracy for help. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes! He stayed until my problem was resolved and gave me some guidance on what to do should this occur again. I am definitely going to use his services in the future!

My husband was having a difficult time diagnosing a problem with the toilets in our bathrooms. He attempted to fix it but the problem still persisted. ( It actually got worse.) We called Supple Plumber and Tracy arrived at our house in a very short time. He was very knowledgeable. It took a bit of detective work but he found the problem and quickly fixed it. We will definitely use Supple Plumber again.

Tracy was awesome and saved me a lot of money today. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and tell me that what I was experiencing was normal and that his services were not needed. I have never had any type of service provider be so helpful and save me needed service expense. He is definitely first on my list of plumbers to call going forward. Nice to know that there are still good, honest, nice people out there.

Tracy Supple was recommended by a neighbor in Mirrormont. He returned my phone call promptly, made an appointment for a couple of days out (it was not an urgent problem) and he showed up on time.

He did an excellent job diagnosing the leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen ceiling, checking the most obvious first. He found the problem and promptly fixed it! He was very professional, courteous, and did absolutely great work with excellent value for money. Highly recommended and we’ll call him again if we have any more problems or other plumbing needs.

We were able to nail down a time and day and had the new disposal installed and working in no time.

He was prompt, professional and honest. I will definitely call again when we need any plumbing work done.

Tracy is straight forward and professional giving reasonable rates. After getting an outrageous quote from another plumber to install a kitchen sink I researched plumbers on NextDoor and found references to Supple Plumber. He installed my new faucet at a third of the cost of my prior quote. Moreover, he did a professional job and cared about aesthetics. This guy has great reviews because it’s just him and he obviously takes pride in his work. I asked him back for 3 more small jobs.

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and above all, did not try and take advantage of the situation.

I had multiple other plumbers come out when my tankless water heater quit working and without giving it much thought or effort informed me that it would need to be replaced.

The estimates were from $4000 to $7000.

Tracy spent 20 minutes and replaced a tiny O ring and the family has hot water again.

It’s good to know there are still people out there that both love their job and helping.

I am not a big person on leaving reviews but if you are needing a plumber this is the man to call.
