“Luckily I came across Tracy via home advisor. Needed gas line run from existing line several feet for a new cooktop. Had a couple estimates which made me shake my head…way expensive. Tracy got back to me within minutes and was able to see me the next day for an estimate. I immediately liked him and he seemed very knowledgeable. We agreed on price which was very fair and the following day he came out to perform the work after another job he had going on. He was quick, clean, and provided us with information to finish the cooktop install once we were ready. He also stuck to the estimate cost so no suprises. I’d recommend the supple plumber for any job based not only on price but the quality of work and because he’s a really nice, knowledgeable and experienced guy. Thanks Tracy! I love my new cooktop!”

He installed two new gas lines for our home, including one that went quite a distance underground, and he cleared a clog on a Saturday — when he’s not even supposed to be open — all with courtesy, friendliness and great skill and professionalism. He explains what he’s going to do and why; he patiently answers questions; and he keeps you informed every step of the way until the project is done. He’s also affordable and really pleasant to be around. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.”

I needed to replace my hot water heater, and didn’t have 2 weeks to wait. Terry was quick to respond, and got me on his schedule for the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time, and was patient and helpful with my unending questions.

I love that I’m supporting a person, not a corporation and have his number saved in my phone for the next time I have a plumbing repair beyond my capabilities.

Mr. Supple is one of the few that can work with natural gas and left no trace. I highly recommend him, I’m just afraid that his calendar will fill up so fast that I can’t an appointment.

He even did me a favor by contacting an electrician on my behalf (which are impossible to find right now).

I have called on Tracy twice for different services in the past (water heater replacement and more recently a leaky kitchen sink) and both times he has been super helpful, professional, communicative, and all around great to work with. Kirland, WA – They were interested in giving you a real analysis of the problem instead of just making money off you. He figured out what was wrong with my water heater and fixed it instead of just replacing it. I’ll use this plumber whenever I need a plumber.

Based on other positive reviews, we initially reached out to Tracy for an emergency leakage on our 13 year old gas hot water heater. He responded promptly and quickly fixed the leaking water hose. We discussed options to repair/replace the hot water heater and we decided to go to a tankless unit. This was our first tankless hot water unit, so we were unsure of what to expect. Tracy clearly described the differences. He followed-up with us, scheduled and arrived on time as promised. This was a difficult install in a very small cramped corner of our utility room. And he had to completely convert from the old water tank to a new tankless unit! But Tracy and his son did an absolutely outstanding job on the installation. In addition, everything was cleaned up and the bid came in as promised….exactly to the penny. Honest, ethical and efficient. It doesn’t get much better than that for such a difficult install. Very pleased – great plumber!!

Really appreciated the great customer service and help with our bathtub. Will definitely use them again.
