“Tracy answered my call after regular business hours and booked an appointment within 48 hours. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly skilled in his trade. Our issue was a mystery for a bit, but he was creative in the investigative area to identify the problem.

His prices were fair, the area was cleaned up and everything tested for proper function, and he showed me he defective part and explained how the new part would function.

I have already recommended Tracy to another friend, and will continue to do so for any friends in the Newcastle area. A good plumber is essential as a homeowner!”

Mel W. recommended Tracy so we gave him a call. He gave us a great price, waaay under the other guys! Called him yesterday and he was on the job this morning. Tracy just left our house after a day of making it all right again. Kitchen, bathroom, shower, and main line clean out. I HIGHLY recommend him. He also fixed what the last plumber “rigged” and did the job right! If you need quality work from a very experienced plumber get Tracy on the job!! And he cleans up after himself! What a great guy! I wish him all the success he deserves and when we get the new fridge he’ll be the one to hook up the water.

We had Tracy replace our 3 very old toilets with water efficient ones. He was quick, very neat and so reasonable in what he charges. Highly recommend

Luckily I came across Tracy via home advisor. Needed gas line run from existing line several feet for a new cooktop. Had a couple estimates which made me shake my head…way expensive. Tracy got back to me within minutes and was able to see me the next day for an estimate. I immediately liked him and he seemed very knowledgeable. We agreed on price which was very fair and the following day he came out to perform the work after another job he had going on. He was quick, clean, and provided us with information to finish the cooktop install once we were ready. He also stuck to the estimate cost so no suprises. I’d recommend the supple plumber for any job based not only on price but the quality of work and because he’s a really nice, knowledgeable and experienced guy. Thanks Tracy! I love my new cooktop!
