So much yes. Where do I start?

Tracy came in well under another bid we had on our job. He called ahead, showed up on time, clearly knew his stuff, and did the job in 3 hours (when we were really only expecting to get an estimate!). Another plumber had told us it would take two days.

One thing really notable was how smart he was about the way he did the work. He thought of the least destructive way to to the job, while still doing quality work. I could tell in a moment that he knew what he was talking about – it was like watching a seasoned detective at a crime scene.

You can’t go wrong with Tracy!

Tracy was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve my problem over the phone. He also gave me some free maintenance advice to make my hot water tank last. I’ll recommend him to my friends.

Tracy is really an honest, knowledgable plumbing professional and is highly recommended. We had a problem with a sewage ejector pump causing sink gurgling; he was able to troubleshoot the problem with us over the phone, while being very patient and thorough in his explanations. Without a doubt, I will go to Tracy for all my plumbing needs.

Tracy replaced our water main and did an outstanding job. On time-very fair price- excellent quality. We had three other plumbing contractors out for estimates, we were freakin’ until Tracy arrived- whew, really made us feel at ease with his quote and knowledge. I hired this plumber to come finish a job that was unfinished by another company. I appreciated the fact that he is very low overhead and very genuine. His price to me was half that of another bid. I would definitely use him again.

Tracy answered my call after regular business hours and booked an appointment within 48 hours. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly skilled in his trade. Our issue was a mystery for a bit, but he was creative in the investigative area to identify the problem.

Ours was an issue with the condensate pump on our furnace spilling over just before the pump ran. This was two days before a move out-of-state, and although this was not quite a plumbing issue, I looked at Tracy and asked if I could set him on the task to procure and replace the pump. (I had people crating breakable items, movers packing my household items, two trucks taking donations and discard items, a professional organizer, AND a pest control technician at my house at the same time he was there; I had no further capacity to find and hire this job out.) He accepted the task, conferred with an HVAC technician for a recommendation on the best part for replacement, procured and installed it.

His prices were fair, the area was cleaned up and everything tested for proper function, and he showed me he defective part and explained how the new part would function.

I have already recommended Tracy to another friend, and will continue to do so for any friends in the Newcastle area. A good plumber is essential as a homeowner!

Mel W. recommended Tracy so we gave him a call. He gave us a great price, waaay under the other guys! Called him yesterday and he was on the job this morning. Tracy just left our house after a day of making it all right again. Kitchen, bathroom, shower, and main line clean out. I HIGHLY recommend him. He also fixed what the last plumber “rigged” and did the job right! If you need quality work from a very experienced plumber get Tracy on the job!! And he cleans up after himself! What a great guy! I wish him all the success he deserves and when we get the new fridge he’ll be the one to hook up the water.
