Tracy is my new favorite person. I have been putting off several plumbing issues: a leaky disposer, a bathtub drain that has been drinking drano for years, and bathroom faucet set that I loved, which no longer gave hot water, but that a previous plumber had told me could not be repaired. When I ordered a new faucet set, I contacted Tracy to install it. I was prepared to wait a few more weeks for this non-emergency, but he came the next morning. Even better,Tracy fixed my old “unfixable” faucet so that it works like new, and I can send the one I ordered back! I couldn’t be happier. Now I have hot water from the bathroom tap again, the tub drains like it never has before, and no more weekly bleaching under the kitchen sink to clean up after a leaky disposer. I own the procrastination, but Tracy fixed everything professionally, without a mess, and for a reasonable price. He’s also very kind. Would definitely call again.

Ellensburg, WA – There is something to be said when an owner answers the phone, shows up with a smile (and his awesome helper/son) and does honest, dependable work. He even managed to fit in an extra job for my wife and myself once he finished work at our business. Let’s put things into perspective, my wife and I run a family owned business that we are intensely proud of and don’t trust our work to just anyone. He conducted himself in an impeccably professional manner, had a good sense of humor and even found a flaw in my website which I didn’t even know was there. What that tells me is he is attentive to the job on all levels. All told, I had him install two faucets/sprayers, one water heater, two drain traps and a toilet shut-off all for a solid price. I had him help me through future options in case the single water heater isn’t enough and he gave me his honest opinion on things rather than try an up-sell. He is any absolute asset to the area and I can’t recommend him more. Polite, professional and affordable.

I called today 5pm he was at my house by 5:30 ready to fix the plumbing issue with kitchen sink . Tracy was courteous and performed the work efficiently and completely. I was very pleased with my experience, and I would use them again. Reasonable price as well !!

My encounter with the Supple Plumber was brief, but very positive. I called on a Friday afternoon about a leak on my outside faucet. The owner was in the area and had a few minutes before another job. He stopped by, quickly fixed the problem and charged a VERY reasonable rate –while kindly explaining the process to me and the kids. Something that had been stressing me all week was handled in minutes.

Tracy was right on time, professional and patiently answered all of my questions while replacing the expansion tank on my water heater. Highly recommend!

I had been calling around for a plumber to replace a leaking water heater that was in an enclosed space. I had a lot of problems finding someone to do the work and then found Tracy. He had the best price and the best attitude. He worked hard within the space limitations to get the job completed. I don’t think it would have worked out as well as it did with someone else.

I highly recommend Tracy for all your plumbing needs. I am so glad we found him and will call him first from now on. Definitely our go to plumber!

I needed to have a gas line run from downstairs to upstairs for a new gas cooktop. We called Tracy and he came out within a couple of days and gave us a quote. We were also getting several other quotes. We hired Tracy because not only was his the most reasonable quote but he was the one who listened the most to what we wanted and gave the best advice on how to achieve what we wanted. When he came to run the line and install the cooktop, we asked him if he could reinstall the piping below the sink also. He cheerfully agreed and stopped a couple of problems due to a faulty installation the first time. I would hire Tracy again without a moment’s hesitation.

I got a plumbing issue that made my master bathroom flood. Tracy came and fixed the problem. I gave him 5 stars because: he showed up on the exact minute of appointment time. He fixed the problem in very professional and effective manner. He did a very good job communicating about the problem and the way of addressing them. He was pleasant to work with. Id be happy to refer him as the go to plumber.
