My encounter with the Supple Plumber was brief, but very positive. I called on a Friday afternoon about a leak on my outside faucet. The owner was in the area and had a few minutes before another job. He stopped by, quickly fixed the problem and charged a VERY reasonable rate –while kindly explaining the process to me and the kids. I had been calling around for a plumber to replace a leaking water heater that was in an enclosed space. I had a lot of problems finding someone to do the work and then found Tracy. He had the best price and the best attitude. He worked hard within the space limitations to get the job completed. I needed to have a gas line run from downstairs to upstairs for a new gas cooktop. We called Tracy and he came out within a couple of days and gave us a quote. We were also getting several other quotes. We hired Tracy because not only was his the most reasonable quote but he was the one who listened the most to what we wanted and gave the best advice on how to achieve what we wanted. When he came to run the line and install the cooktop, we asked him if he could reinstall the piping below the sink also. He cheerfully agreed and stopped a couple of problems due to a faulty installation the first time. I would hire Tracy again without a moment’s hesitation.Show more

I got a plumbing issue that made my master bathroom flood. Tracy came and fixed the problem. I gave him 5 stars because: he showed up on the exact minute of appointment time. He fixed the problem in very professional and effective manner. He did a very good job communicating about the problem and the way of addressing them. He was pleasant to work with. Tracy came in well under another bid we had on our job. He called ahead, showed up on time, clearly knew his stuff, and did the job in 3 hours (when we were really only expecting to get an estimate!). Another plumber had told us it would take two days.Show more

One thing really notable was how smart he was about the way he did the work. He thought of the least destructive way to to the job, while still doing quality work. I could tell in a moment that he knew what he was talking about – it was like watching a seasoned detective at a crime scene.

Tracy is really an honest, knowledgable plumbing professional and is highly recommended. We had a problem with a sewage ejector pump causing sink gurgling; he was able to troubleshoot the problem with us over the phone, while being very patient and thorough in his explanations.
