Look no further for your plumbing needs! Tracy is the best at what he does. Smart, talented in his work, thoughtful and considerate of your project, and above all – honest! We hired him for a complex bathroom project that included a steam generator and moving a drain. I knew from the first time we met that he was the person for the job. He asked all the right questions and you could tell he was anticipating and planning what needed to be done in order for the project to be completed to our satisfaction and expectations. Trust me, when it comes to hiring a specialist for plumbing work, you want to make sure you hire someone that will have not only your budget in mind, but your interests and long-term success. We hired Tracy to replace our pipes. He worked with our schedule and got us in very quickly. His quote was about $10k below the other estimates we got. He was clearly looking for ways he could do the job well, but keep costs down as much as possible. We were very happy with the results.

He did make one small mistake, but was very proactive in telling us about it and going above and beyond to make it right. To me, this says more about who I want to hire than anything else. Mistakes happen. When you are trusting someone to do work in your home, you want to know they won’t leave problems to be discovered later. I would absolutely hire Tracy again.

try to keep my dollars local, so when I needed a plumber, I called the one closest to my house. I’m glad I did ! Tracy came on a Saturday afternoon and replaced our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. His work was excellent and he even caulked the backstop behind the sink AND have me a pair of really nice nitrile gloves (I was cleaning the bathroom).
